Washington, PA, August 22, 2000
The Washington County Board of Commissioners met in the reconvened session in the Public Meeting Room,
Courthouse Square, Washington, Pennsylvania, with the following members being present: Commissioners John P.
Bevec, Dip . is L. Irey and J. Bracken Burns, Sr. Also being present: Chief Clerk Michelle Miller; Marlene Luketich,
Director of Administration; Robert Umstead, Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority; Francis King,
Treasurer; Lou Valante, interested citizen; and Judy Chestnutt, Observer -Reporter.
Chairman Bevec called the meeting to order at approximately 2:05 p.m.
SPEICAL ORDER OF BUSINESS
Mr. Umstead of the Redevelopment Authority presented to the Board for their consideration and approval a
Resolution for the Disposition of Parcel No. 70 to Crown Castle USA, Inc.
Moved by Mrs. Irey, seconded by Mr. Burns, approving the foregoing Resolution.
Roll call vote taken:
Mt,. Burns - Yes; Mrs. Irey - Yes; Mr. Bevec - Yes.
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business, Chairman Bevec adjourned the meeting at 2:08 p.m.
