Washington, PA, January 26,1995
The Board of Washington County Commissioners reconvened the meeting of Thursday, January 12,
1995, in the Public Meeting Room, Courthouse Square, Washington, Pennsylvania, with the following
members being present: Commissioners Petrosky, Bassi and Ford. Also being present: Tina Dallatore,
Chief Clerk; Solicitor Emery; Linda Hands, Clerk -Steno II; Roger Ecker, Assistant County Solicitor; and Dan
Caruso, Mayor of Canonsburg, and son, Daniel Caruso, Jr.
Chairman Petrosky reconvened the meeting to order at approximately 9:45 a.m. for the purpose of
taking action relative to the bids opened on December 15,1994, for the Integrated Voice Processing Solution
(Voice Mail).
Chief Clerk presented to the Board for their consideration and approval a recommendation from the
Director of Administration and the Capital Expenditure Task Force that it is in the best interest of the
County to reject all bids at this time due to the cost which ranged from $40,000 - $80,000.
Moved by Mr. Ford, seconded by Mr. Bassi, rejecting the bids as per above.
Roll call vote taken:
Mr. Ford - Yes; Mr. Bassi - Yes; Mr. Petrosky - Yes.
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business, Chairman Petrosky declared the meeting adjourned at approximately
9:46 a.m.
