Washington County Commissioners
Washington, Pa., August 18, 1989
The Board of Washington County Commissioners met in an emergency session in
accordance with 65 P.S. Section 265(e) at approximately 9:05 a.m. on Friday,
August 18, 1989, with the following members being present: Commissioners Mascara,
Petrosky and Paluso. Also being present: Lou Lignelli, Director of Administration;
Francis King, Director of Property and Supplies; and Bill Prentice, Housekeeping
Supervisor. The purpose of this meeting was to declare an emergency situation due to a
fire which occurred in the rotunda area of the Washington County Courthouse.
Moved by Mr. Petrosky, seconded by Mr. Paluso, adopting a Resolution
declaring an emergency due to a fire which occurred in the rotunda area of the
Washington County Courthouse. (A copy of the Resolution is attached hereto and made a
part hereof.)
Roll call vote taken:
Mr. Paluso - Yes; Mr. Petrosky - Yes; Mr. Mascara - Yes.
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business, Chairman Mascara declared the meeting
adjourned at approximately 9:10 a.m.
