Moved by Mr. Petrosky, seconded by Mr. Paluso, that Minute No. 68 be approved as written. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Paluso - Yes; Mr. Petrosky - Yes; Mr. Mascara - Yes. Motion carried unanimously. 'Special Order of Business: Roland Bourke of the Redevelopment Authority presented to the Board for; their consideration and approval a Resolution approving the FY 1985 Community De-: ;velopment Block Grant Program and filing of the final statement of Community De- velopment Objectives and Projected use of funds. Mr. Bourke briefly explained ;the details of this program. Moved by Mr. Petrosky, seconded by Mr. Paluso, approving the foregoing .Resolution. Roll call vote taken: r ri ? Motion carried unanimously. z Old Business: ; Solicitor Bassi recommended to the Board that the bid for the furnishinz ;and delivering of Four (4) Food Tray Delivery Carts for the Washington County Health Center be awarded to S. S. Kemp & Company for the total amount of $6,516.00 s 1($1,629.00 per cart). i Moved by Mr. Petrosky, seconded by Mr. Paluso, awarding the bid for the, Four (4) Food Tray Delivery Carts for the WCHC as per above; this being the only_ ;responsible bid received in accordance with specifications. MASCARA, METRO PETROSKY, JR, EDWARD M PALUSO, COMMISSIONERS Solicitor Bassi presented to the Board for their consideration and approval !an Indemnity / Agreement with Superior Valve Company in reference to certain ;office buildings and an underground gasoline storage tank with attendant pump `located on property situate in Charfiers Township. Moved by Mr. Petrosky, seconded by Mr, Paluso, approving the Indem4.ity_ ;Agreement with Superior Valve Company as per above. Roll call vote taken: 4 Mr. Paluso - Yes; Mr. Petrosky - Yes; Mr. Mascara - Yes. Motion carried unanimously, 's Correspondence: Chief Clerk informed the Board of the receipt of the following check: 1. Commonwealth of Pa. - $19,432.41 - Day Care Program, Month of March, 1985 g Chief Clerk made available to the news media a News Release in reference to the following project: I 1. HUD Grant - Construction of Administration/Community Center Building - Maple Terrace Housing Project - City of Washington ,New Business: Chief Clerk informed the Board of a Rate Adjustment Notice from Pennsyl- ,vania Blue Cross and Blue Shield concerning the premium rates applicable for re- newal of the agreement for the period of March 1, s ' 1986. The new monthly rates are as follows: a 1985 and ending February 28, Employee Employee and Only 1 or more Children Blue Cross $48.51 $85.95 Blue Shield $17.98 $35.97 Major Medical $ 5.58 Eye Exam. & Ref. $ 1.11 Employees andi Dependents a $133.04 $ 56.11 $ 14.42 Moved by Mr. Petrosky, seconded by Mr. Paluso, approving the foregoing =new monthly premium rates. Chief Clerk informed the Board that the following individuals have been recommended for reappointment to the Washington -Greene County Human Services Ad- visory Commission for the 3-year term of 6/85 to 6/88: 1 J. Wendell Ramey Kenneth Yablonski R r Edward Foley Maree Morgan fr Y Moved by Mr. Petrosky, seconded by Mr. Paluso, approving the foregoing ;reappointments to the Washington -Greene County Human Services Advisory Commissionl. Board of Probation and ' Parole as listed below: (a) Craig Meny and Diane Tkach - North Park, Pittsburgh, Pa.I May 22, 1985 (b) Bruce Morgan, John Pankopf t and Cynthia McQuaid - North Park, Pittsburgh, Pa.
