The Board of Washington County Commissioners met in regular session with
the following members being present: Commissioners Mascara, Petrosky and Paluso.`
Also being present: Chief Clerk Dallatore; Solicitor Bassi; Coroner Jackson;
,Judi Lomago, Executive Secretary; Linda Hands, Clerk -Steno II; Jon Stevens,
Observer -Reporter; Jim Jefferson, WJPA; Scott Langenfeld, WKEG; and Natalie Eddy,

Chairman Mascara called the meeting to order and asked if there were any

Solicitor Bassi recommended that the bids for laundry supplies for the
=Washington County Health Center for the period of February through June, 1986,

The Amendment extends the Grantee Certification through December 31, 1986, in
taccordance with Section 204 of the Temporary Emergency Food Assistance Program
Act of 1983 (TEFAP).

;purpose of providing funds for renovations of the Washington County Jail and
'Courthouse, acquisition -of voting machines, purchase of movable equipment and
machines for county offices, land acquisition and flood control (Cross Creek Park)
and the county reassessment program and to pay the costs of issuance of the Bondsi
'aforesaid Ordinance is hereby being amended and expanded to include providing
funds for any project which may be undertaken by Washington County.

professional services to the Sheriff's Office. The Addendum is for the purpose

i of Attorney Seneca representing Sheriff Fazzoni in the 1983 and 1984 surcharge i
suits. Compensation to Attorney Seneca for services rendered relative to this
litigation will be $2,000.
