The Washington County Board of Commissioners met in regular session with
`the following members being present: Commissioners Mascara, Petrosky and Paluso.
Also being present: Chief Clerk Dallatore; Attorney Bigi, Assistant Solicitor;
,Coroner Jackson; Lou Liqnelli, Director of Administration; Bill Sember and Ken
Krupa, Planning Commission; Sheriff Fazzoni; Chief Deputy Sheriff Littleton;
Kathleen Reda, Register of Wills; Linda Hands, Clerk -Steno II; Jon Stevens,

Chairman Mascara called the meeting
to order and asked if there were any
'corrections, additions or omissions
to Minute No. 118, each member having received
a copy.

Chief Clerk presented to the Board for their consideration and approval a re-'
°quest to renew the maintenance agreement with Simplex Time Recorder for the fire
alarm system/fire alarm panel for a period of one year, effective July 1, 1986,

Chief Clerk presented to the Board for their consideration and approval a
$Supplemental Agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation which
provides that the Commonwealth (through FHWA funds) will reimburse the County up
to a maximum of $600,000.00 relative to the Van Emman Bridge Project. It was
noted that the total project cost has increased from $372,000.00 to $760,000.00.
Moved by Mr. Paluso, seconded by Mr. Petrosky, approving the Supplemental
Agreement with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as per above.

Chief_ Clerk presented to the Board for their consideration and approval a r
Lease Agreement with Theodore J. Taylor III, for the purpose of renting a District
Justice of the Peace office for the newly appointed District Justice Michael
Fagella. The office located at 501 Valley Brook Road, McMurray, Pa., consists
�of approximately 1200 square feet. The term of the Lease shall be from July 1,
1986 thru June 30, 1990. Rent for the first two years of the four year lease
;shall be $750.00 per month and on the anniversary of the lease beginning July 1,
`1988 and each subsequent year thereafter a $25.00 per month increase will go into;
'effect.
