Chairman Mascara called the meeting to order and asked if there were any
corrections, additions or omissions to Minute Nos. 127 and 128, each member having
received a copy.
Moved by Mr. Paluso, seconded by Mr. Mascara, that Minute Nos. 127 and 128
be approved as written.

!Special Order of Business:
The Commissioners recognized a group of Croations who were touring the
United States.
Commissioner Mascara read a Proclamation designating September 13-14, 19861,

,as "Washington County Airfare '86" days.

The Commissioners presented the Proclamation to Gregory Pilarski of the
Washington Rotary.
Old Business: Bids
Solicitor Bassi recommended that the bid for the Sidewalk Repair Project
be awarded to Tony Baiano Construction Company, Inc., of Pittsburgh, Pa., at the
unit cost of $3.50 per square foot for the three base bids as submitted, which arle
as follows:
Base Bid #1 - $11,386.00
Base Bid #2 - $ 7,528.00
Base Bid #3 - $ 3,052.00
TOTAL $21,966.00

n7ater Obstruction and Encroachment Permit to be submitted to the Pennsylvania
Department of Environmental Resources relative to the King's Creek Bridge No. 5
p.roiect.

Chief Clerk presented to the Board for their consideration and approval a
proposal for testing services from Ackenheil Testing, Inc., of Pittsburgh, Pa.,
relative to the Washington County Airport FAA Project No. 3-42-0101-06-86. The
total cost for these services is $3,799.00 plus mileage, lodging and meals.

Provider Agreements with the Southwestern Pennsylvania Area Agency on Aging, Inc.

ments as per above.

;wised plan due to changes in the State's allocation.
