Chairman called the meeting to order at approximately 11:90 a.m. and asked if there were any corrections, additions or omissions to Minute No. 53 each member having received a copy. CSoveri by ;3r. Special Order of Business: Roland Bourke, Executive Director of the Redevelopment Authority, presented to the Board a Resolution authorizing the County of Washington to enter into and execute a Grant Agreement with the Development of Housing and Urban Development for participation in an Urban Development Action Grant (UDAG) Program for Industrial Development Expansion by Dynanet, Inc. T.1r. Bourke briefly outlined the project. Acting Solicitor Retos recommended to the Board that they approve and the Chairman execute a Right -of -entry and a No Lien Agreement with Dynamet, Inc. and Randolph Engineering Company. Moved by 11r. Gilmore, seconded by Mr. Paluso, approving the fore- going Resolution. Roll call vote taken: 11r. Paluso - Yes; Mr. Gilmore - Yes; Mr. Mascara - Yes. Motion carried unanimously. U. S. Treasury - $225,000.00 - Employment and Training Program 2. U. S. Treasury - Airport Project - $4,907.66 New Business: Chief Clerk requested authorization from the Board to advertise for bids for Flags and .barkers for Veterans' Graves. Roved by Mr. Gilmore, seconded by Mr. Paluso, authorizing the Chief Clerk to advertise for bids as per above. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Paluso - Yes; Mr. Gilmore - Yes; Per. Mascara - Yes. Motion carried unanimously. Chief Clerk informed the Board that Robert Patterson of Carroll Town - snip has been recommended for appointment to the Industrial Development Authorit-, for a five-year term (1-1-81 through 12-31-85), replacing Harold W. Smith, Jr. Moved by Mr. Gilmore, seconded by Mr. Paluso, approving the appoint - meat of Robert Patterson of Carroll Township as per above. Roll call vote taken: Tlr. Paluso - Yes Mr. Gilmore - Yes; Mr. Mascara - Yes. Motion carried unanimously. Chief Clerk informed the Board of an invoice in the amount of S777.90 from Norristown State hospital for care of Robert Tarpley for 6 days @ $127.00. =loved by Mr. Gilmore, seconded by Tyr. Paluso, approving the foregoing invoice from 'Norristown State Hospital. Roll call vote taken: T?r. Paluso - Yes; 11r. Gilmore - Yeq: T.zr. ?4ascara - Yes. ,lotion carried unanimously. Concerning the Drug & Alcohol Program, Chief Clerk presented to the ?oard Contract Amendments with Washington -Greene Prevention Corporation and Citizen's Addiction Rellabilitation and Education Corporation (C.A.R.F.). These Amendments represent additionalgerVicog to be provided by the two agencies but do not represent additional funding from the Counties.
