PALUSO, COMMISSIONERS Minute No. 56 Office of County Commissioners Washington, PA, February 19, 1981 The Board of County Commissioners met in regular session with the following members being present: Commissioners Paluso and Mascara. Absent being Commissioner Gilmore. Also being present: Chief Clerk Dallatore, Admin- istrative Assistant Davis, Charles Gillespie, Budget Director; Acting Solicitor Retos, Linda Hands, Secretary; Bob Sabot, WKEG; Jim Jefferson, WJPA! Susan Neft, WESA; Bob Robertson, Observer -Reporter; Paul King, Daily Herald- George Eckert of Monongahela, Lucy Rea, Girl Scouts and Helen Miller, Leaque of Women Voters. Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if there were any corrections, additions or omissions to Minute No. 55 each member having re- ceived a copy. Moved by Mr. Mascara, seconded by Per. Paluso, that Minute No. 55 be approved as read. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Paluso - Yes; Mr. Mascara - Yes. Motion carried unanimously. Correspondence: Chief Clerk informed the Board of the receipt of the following check: 1. U. S. Treasury - $80,000.00 - Employment and Training Program New Business: Chief Clerk presented to the Board for their consideration and approv-, al a renewal of a Mechanical Service Agreement with Penn Record Systems, Inc. for the Lektriever 110 which is located in the Clerk of Courts Office for a one-year period at the cost of $468.75. Moved by Mr. Mascara, seconded by Mr. Paluso, approving the Agreement with Penn Record Systems, Inc. as per above. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Paluso - Yes; r?r. mascara - Yes. Motion carried unanimously. Chief_ Clerk requested authorization from the Board to advertise for bids for delivery ant pickup of laundry items at the TICHC. Moved by IIr. Mascara, seconded by Mr. Paluso, authorizing the Chief_ Clerk to advertise for bids as per above. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Paluso - Yes; Mr. Mascara - Yes. Motion carried unanimously.
