The Board of County Commissioners met in regular session with the
following members being present: Commissioners Paluso and Gilriore. Absent
recovering from his

Clerk Dallatore, Administrative Assistant Davis; Solicitor Bassi, Coroner
Jackson, Earl Bugaile and Bob Smouse of the Planning Commission, Linda Hands,
Secretary; Linda Miller of 11ESA; Jim Jefferson of T7JPA; Bob Sabot of IqKEC-;
Helen tiller of the League of 1-7orcien Voters and Lucy Rea of the Girl Scouts.
Vice-chairman Gilmore called the meeting to order and asicec? if there
were any corrections, additions or omissions to Minute No. 39, each member
having received a copy.

approved as read.

tl-ie following Supplemental Budget Appropriations:

1. Request from the Washington County Airport for the transfer
of from Account '-To. 0155457-01 to Account T'Io. 0155-
454-00 and $710 from Account No. 0155-2429-00 to Account No.
0155-454-nl for the purpose of covering material expenses
for emergency repairs at the Airport.
2. Request from the County Jail for the transfer of $30n
f rom Account 'To. 02-39-403-00 into Account '-"To. 0?-10-1151-00
for the purpose of Office Supplies for the rem-ain(I-r of
the year.

Chief Clerk presented to the hoard an amendment to the Agreement with
Technician Training School for a total amount of $250 for the purpose of adding
registration fee costs which were not calculated in the original budget.
Moved by 111r. Paluso, seconded by 'Ir. Gilmore, approving the amendment
to the Agreement -with Technician Training School a"s per above.

Chief Clerk announced to all those present that the County Offices
i will be closed on Tuesday, November 3, 19R1, in observance of election Day.

use, on Election night and noted that this will be the first election which
all precincts will be using the punch card system.
