The Board of County Commissioners met in special session for the
purpose of opening bids for the new County garage facility. The following
members were present: Commissioners Gilmore and Morgan. Absent being:
Commissioner Paluso. Also being present: Chief Clerk Brady; Charles Gillespie,
Budget Director; August Stache, Deputy Controller; Shelley Veschio, Administra-
tive Assistant, Controller's Office; James Fillingham, Architect;"William
Sember, Planning Commission; Donald Ligman, Administrative Assistant,
Commissioners Office; Mrs. Miller, League of Women Voters; Jay Mitchell, WJPA;
and Bob Robertson, Observer -Reporter.
August Stache, Deputy Controller, opened and read the following bids
for Contract No. 1 - General Construction Work:
