The Board of County Commissioners met in regular session with the following
bers being present: Commissioners Capano and Flynn. , Also present being: Chief Clerk

ompany; Reporter Roule of The Monongahela Publishing Company; Reporter Bu&ger of The
bserver-Reporter; and Public Information Officer Huber.
Meeting called to order by Chairman and roll call taken:
Mr. Capano - Present; Mr. Flynn - Present.
Chairman asked if there were any corrections, additions, or omissions to Minute
o. 192, each Commissioner having received a copy.

County Solicitor Porter recommended that the County Commissioners enter into
proposed agreement with GREEN ENGINEERING COMPANY in connnection with the prepara-
ion of a Comprehensive Solid Waste Management Plan for Washington County in the form that
as been submitted and that the agreement be executed by the Board of Commissioners and at-
ed by the Chief Clerk; said recommendation made for the purpose of enabling to dispose of
matter at this meeting.
Moved by Mr. Capano, seconded by Mr. Flynn, that the Board of Commissioners

Chief Clerk read correspondence under date of November 19, 1971, from Carl G.
and Associates - directed to Mr. Carl J. Bonidie - Carl J. Bonidie, Inc, - RE: Wash -
County Home for Aged Women, New Boiler. Correspondence stated that although the
boiler has been installed and is operating to supply heating to the Women's Home, consid-
rable difficulty is being encountered in operating the system due to a failure to complete the
of the controls. The building is overheating and maximum steam pressure cannot
maintained. Correspondence stated that said Carl G. Baker and Associates has not received
drawings for temperature control items required by said contract and that it is necessary
have these shop drawings approved prior to installation. Correspondence reminded Mr. Bon -
die that he is already considerably past the ninety (90) days for completion of said project.

hich stated that because the State of Pennsylvania has been so slow in arriving at e. budget, the
ashington-Greene County Tourist Promotion Agency has to date not received any money for
State Fiscal Year July 1, 1971 - July 1, 1972. Said agency is therefore in a financial crisis

County Solicitor Porter informed the Board of the receipt of a Water Obstruction

ental Resources, for the construction of a bridge, having a span of 116 feet on a 580581 8"
