Washington, Pa., May 25, 1972
The Salary Board of the County of Washington met in the Office of the
County Commissioners with the following members being present: Commissioners
Paluso and Flynn; and Deputy Controller Gilbert. Absent being: Commissioner Jones.
Also present being: Administrative Assistant Whalen; Solicitor Capano; Judge Gladden;
Sheriff Debreczeni; Reporter Roule of the Monongahela Publishing Company; and
Reporter Liesch of the Brownsville Telegraph.
Meeting called to order by Chairman and roll call taken:
Mr. Jones - Absent; Mr, Paluso - Present;
Miss Gilbert - Present; Mr, Flynn - Present.
Chairman asked if there were any corrections, additions or omissions
to Minute No. 11-S, each Commissioner and County Controller having received copies.
Moved by Mr. Paluso, seconded by Miss Gilbert, that Minute No. 11-S
be approved, as read.

ADULT PROBATION OFFICE:
Moved by Judge Gladden, seconded by Mr. Paluso, that the salary of
Margaret Mawhinney, Clerk -Typist in the Adult Probation Office, be set at $143. 50 bi-
weekly, effective May 22, 1972. This is a replacement for Margaret McKahan.

bi-weekly, effective May 30, 1972. This is a replacement for Michelle Augier.

BUILDING MAINTENANCE:

Parker be increased from $136. 50 bi-weekly to $143. 50 bi-weekly, effective May 30,
1972. This is a replacement for Todd Proctor, who retired.

WASHINGTON CO. PLANNING COMMISSION:
Moved by Mr. Paluso, seconded by Misq Gilbert, that Tina Adams,
Janitress for the Washington County Planning Commission, receive $126. 00 for 60 hours
overtime during the process of moving the Washington County Planning Commission to
the County Home.

Moved by Mr. Paluso, seconded by.Miss Gilbert, that the salary of
Charles Blough, Attendant at the Juvenile Detention Home, on a temporary basis be set
at $16. 00 per day, effective May 17, 1972.
Also included in this motion is that a voucher be prepared in the amount
of $132. 60 for Daniel Luppino, Detention Home Counselor, who worked a total of 39 hours
@ $3. 40 per hour for the dates from May 10, 1972 - May 23., 1972. 1

Sheri Nassar, temporary clerk. in the Recorder of Deeds Office, be set at $136. 50 bi-weekly
effective May 30, 1972.
