mount of $124. 10 for Daniel Luppino, Detention Home Counselor, who worked a total of 36
1/2 hours @ $3. 40 per hour for the dates from- December 6, 1972 - December 19, 1972.

The Salary Board of the County of Washington met in the Office of the County Com-
missioners with the following members being present: Commissioners Jones and Flynn; and
Controller Elish. Absent being: Commissioner Paluso. Also -present being: Chief Clerk
Murphy; Administrative Assistant Whalen; Solicitor Hormell; Judge Curran; Reporter Roule of
the Monongahela Publishing Company; and Reporter Budinger of the Observer -Reporter.
Meeting called to order by Chairman and roll call taken:

Chairman asked if there were any corrections, additions, or omissions to Minute

Moved by Judge Curran, seconded by Mr. Jones, that the salary of Carl Sperl, be
set at $245.00 bi-weekly (his present rate of salary) for the position of Court Duty Officer, when
and if the retirement of Stanley Brovey occurs.
Also included in this motion is that Shirley Ardman be transferred from the Orphans"
Court to the Office of the Pre -Trial Master and Law Clerk at $143. 50 bi-weekly and that Rebecca
Benoit be transferred from the Pre -Trial Master and Law Clerk's Office to the Adult Probation
Office as secretary to the Pre -Sentence Investigators at $202. 00 bi-weekly, effective January
22, 1973.
