ELECTION DEPARTMENT: Please note the resignation of Marsha Shoup, Clerk, effective January 5, 1973. JUVENILE DETENTION HOME: Moved by Mr. Elish, seconded by Mr. Jones, that a voucher be prepared in the mount of $124. 10 for Daniel Luppino, Detention Home Counselor, who worked a total of 36 1/2 hours @ $3. 40 per hour for the dates from- December 6, 1972 - December 19, 1972. Roll call vote taken: Mr. Jones - Yes; Mr. Paluso - Yes; Mr. Elish - Yes; Mr. Flynn- - Yes. Motion carried unanimously. Moved by Mr. Jones, seconded by Mr. Elish, that the meeting adjourn. Moved by Judge Curran, seconded by Mr. Jones, that the salary of Carl Sperl, be set at $245.00 bi-weekly (his present rate of salary) for the position of Court Duty Officer, when and if the retirement of Stanley Brovey occurs. Also included in this motion is that Shirley Ardman be transferred from the Orphans" Court to the Office of the Pre -Trial Master and Law Clerk at $143. 50 bi-weekly and that Rebecca Benoit be transferred from the Pre -Trial Master and Law Clerk's Office to the Adult Probation Office as secretary to the Pre -Sentence Investigators at $202. 00 bi-weekly, effective January 22, 1973. MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT #9: Beverly Almasy replaced JoA.nn Behanna for one day on January 15, 1973. $136. 50 bi-weekly.
