Mr. Bevec reported that the Airport Lease has been executed with
Mr. Breese, President of Tri-State Aviation; the County will receive 7% commission on the
gross receipts.
Mr. Capano: The airport is showing a lot of improvement financially.
Moved by Mr. Mazza; seconded by Mr. Bevec; that the meeting adjourn.
Meeting adjourned.

Board of County Commissioners met in regular session with the following
members being present: Commissioners Bevec and Mazza. Also present being: County
Solicitor Capano, Public Information Officer Huber, Countyr Surveyor Yu has, Treasurer
Morgan, Mr. Cromwell, Director of the Washington County Planning Commission, Re-
porters Robertson of the Observer -Reporter and Lilley of the Daily Notes. Absent being:
Commissioner Flynn due to illness.
Meeting called to order by Acting Chairman Bevec and roll call taken:
Mr. Mazza - Present; Mr. Flynn - Absent; Mr. Bevec - Present.
Chairman asked if there were any corrections, additions or omissions to
Minute No. 48, each Commissioner having received a copy.
Moved by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Bevec, that Minute No. 48 be ap-
proved, as read.
Roll call vote taken:
Mr. Mazza - Yes; Mr. Bevec - Yes;
Motion carried unanimously.
Old Business: None.
Controller Elish and Deputy Controller Whalen entered the meeting.

New Business:
Mr. John Cromwell, Director of the Washington County Planning Commission,
Presented two (2) agreements between the County of Washington and the Washington County
Redevelopment Authority, to the Board for consideration and approval.
First,
amended agreement to an agreement dated November 11, 1966, for the rendering
of certain services by the Authority (relocation services in connection with land acquisition
for the county parks) - reduces the sum of $1, 300 per month to $900. 00 per month for costs
of administration plus any amojnts acrued for actual travel costs and legal fees; - reduces
the minimum fund in the amount of $15, 000 to $10, 000, from which the Authority may draw
to meet its expenses for services rendered.
Second, -
agreement to proviab relocation services on lands which are being acquired
under the expansion project in the areas known as the Mingo Creek County Park, Cross
Creek County Park and Ten Mile Creek County Park; the bulk of this additional land is in
the Mingo Creek Park where the additional relocation will take place. Under this
agreement, the Authority is requesting a minimum fund in the amount of $5, 000'upon
which the Authority may draw to meet its expenses for the services rendered in accordance
with the contract; and the sum of $1, 050 per month for costs of administration plus any
amounts accrued for actual travel costs and legal fees.
During a discussion of both agreements, note was made that the costs involved,
would be reimbursed; there is an authorized grant for Mingo Creek and a similar grant
request will be made for the expansion project.
A motion was made, seconded and unanimously passed that both agreements be
approved and entered into by the County; however, the motion was withdrawn when the County
Solicitor stated that separate action was required for each agreementl
Moved by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Bevec, that the County of Washington
enter into the Amended Agreement to the November 11, 1966 Agreement with the Washington
County Redevelopment Authority for certain services in connection with land acquisition for
the county parks; subject to the approval of the Washington County Solicitor.

enter into an Agreement with the Washington County Redevelopment Authority for certain

Motion carried unanimously, with Mr. Cromwell leaving the meeting.
Solicitor Capano presented various leases for hangar rental at the Airport to
the Board for consideration and approval.
Moved by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Bevec, that the following leases for
hangar rental at the Washington County Airport, be apprdved; and that Acting Chairman
Bevec be authorized to sign the leases.
