Board of County Commissioners met in regular session at 10:00 a.m.,
with the following members being present: Commissioners Flynn, Bevec and Mazza.
Also present being County Solicitor Capano; Chief Clerk Debreczeni, Jr., Mr. Sittler of
the Taxpayers' Association, Mr. Bradshaw and Reporter Crouse.

Meeting called to order by Chairman, Michael R. Flynn, and roll call
Mr. Mazza - Present; Mr. Bevec - Present; Mr. Flynn - Present.
Chairman asked if there were any corrections, additions, or omissions to
Minute No. 7, each commissioner having received a copy.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Bevec, that the minute stand
approved as read.
Roll call vote taken:
Mr. Mazza - Yes; Mr. Bevec - Yes; Mr. Flynn , Yes.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Bevec, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Arnold W. Hirsch and
R. L. Adamson be appointed (re -appointed) as members of the Washington County Planning
Commission for a four-year term, effective January 1, 1964.
Roll call vote taken:
Mr. Mazza - Yes; Mr. Bevec - Yes; Mr. Flynn - Yes.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Bevec, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Walter Robertson,
Superintendent of the Harmon Creek Coal Company, be appointed as a member of the
Washington County Planning Commission in place of Hirem J. Little, whose term has
expired; this appointment being for a four-year term, effective January 1, 1964.
