opening of bids for the delivering and furnishing of One Bookkeeping Information Storage
Type Machine to be used in the Adult Probation Office. Due to the fact that specifications
are not prepared as of date, it is necessary to re -schedule the opening date of bids and
re -advertisement to be on February 26, March 4 and March 11, 1965. Opening date:
March 18, 1965.
Mr. Kittridge: Reason this was not advertised is that the mechanical specifications do
not agree with the job specifications. Plans have been made to meet with various companies
to see if it is possible to find a piece of equipment with mechanical specifications that will
meet the job requirements and therefore carry out the function of this Office.
