Motion by Mr. Cummins, oftonded by Mr. Mazza, that Attorney Jay W. Troutman,,
be appointed as an employee in the Tax Assessment Office, this action being retroactive to
January 1, 1960.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza,.that Attorney August L• Sismondo
and Oliver N. Hormell, be appointed employees in the Tax Claim Bureau, this action being
1 retroactive to January 1, 1960.

in order that the Board meet on the Washington County Institution District,

Board of County Commissioners in special session met at 10:30 A.M., for
continuation of the meeting adjourned January 6, 1960. Those present being Commissioners
Pettit, Cummins and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the follovin personnel
in their respective departments will be deleted from the County Payrrnll effective January
16, 1960. Kindly prepare a supplement voucher for the following employs":
Katherine Nelson, Office of County Commissioners
Catherine Patterson, Court House
John B. Spriggs, Court House
