Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the resignation as submitted
by Miss Charmaine Zoretic be accepted, effective the 16th day of January, 1960.
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the
meeting adjourned.

Board of County Commissioners in special session those present being: Com-
missioners Pettit, Cummins and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit,.that Joseph F. Fiedler, be
appointed as Voucher Clerk, replacing Charmaine Zoretic, who resigned, this action to be
effective January 16, 1960.
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the board at this time, the
meeting adjourned.

Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Commis -
signers Pettit, Cummins and Mazza.
At this time, Edward Stuart, County Treasurer and Peter Elish, County Controller
entered the meeting to name the depositories for County Funds.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by "!r. Cummins, that the following Resolution
be adopted:
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED, By the County Commissioners and County Treasurer that the
following Banks of Banking Institutions be.named the depositories for the county funds:
Pittsburgh National. Bank, Washington, Pennsylvania
Mellon National Bank and Trust Company, Washington, Pennsylvania
Western Pennsylvania National Bank* Nouston, Pennsylvania
and that the Pittsburgh National Bank be notif4sii of its reelection as a depository of County
