Bid proposals fear the printing of the Annual Directory of Washington County Public Schools (1959 - 1960) were received in accordance with the following specifications: Quantity Number Pages Inside Number Pages Cover Stock Trimmed Size Stock Cover Composition Press work Ink Binding 2,10© 56 (approximately) 4 (1 printed) 600 Book 6" x 91, 180 it ( color to selected) 6 and 8 point Letter press Black Saddle Stitched Two proposals were received on the above as follows: Bid submitted by Lydie Printing CompaW 35 East Pine Ave. Washington, Penna. 2,100 copies 6 x 9 - 60 pages and cover Additional rate Additional copies rate Bid submitted by Monongahela Publishing Company Monongahela., Pennsylvania 2,100 copies 6 x 9 - 60 pages and cover Additional page rate Additional copies rate 16.10 .51 Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Lydie Printing Compaws, 35 East Pine Avenue, Washington, Pennsylvania, be awarded the contract fw the printing of the .Annual Directory of the Washington County Public Schools 1959-1960,. being the lowest proposal received in the amount of $845,00. The Countyts share for the printing of said directories to be $5oo.00. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that Jog Crosse be appointed as a Clerk in the Registration Office, this action to -be retroactive to January 16i 19601. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that Michael Nackoul be transferred from the Bridge Department to the Tax .Assessment Office in the capacity of deed, searcher, Ibis action to be retroactive to January 16, 1960. Motion carried unanimously., Motion by Mr. Cwwdns, seconded by Mr, Mazza, that Mary Koval be transferred from the Tax Assessment Office to the Registration Office as Assistant to the Chief Registrar, this
