Board of County Commissioners in regular.session those present being Counissioners
Pettit, Cummins and Mazza.
Motion by Mr Cwmni.ns, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Lowry B. Dann, Wolfdale,
Pennsylvania, be appointed as Tax Assessor in Canton Township. This appointment being made due
to the resignation of Sarty Boam.
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no farther business to come before the Board at this time, the
meeting adjourned.

Motion by Mr. Cummins.. seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Burton E. Murray, be appointee.
as a temporary draftsman in the Tax Assessment Office; this action to be retroactive to January
1$a 1960, Mr. Murray is a replacement,
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that John Pettit, be appointed as
a Clerk in the Veterans' Office replacing Glenn Mennen, this action to be effective February 1,
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Asa, that the County Solicitor be author-
ized to petition the Court of Common Pleas for its approval to sell at Private Sale the follovi.ng
described properties to the following described persons, for the sum or price set opposite the
same, plus the costs in each case:
