THE FORZQQING MINUTE READ AND APPROVED: 16, Office of the County Commissioners Washington,,$ Pa., March 29 1960 Board of County Commissioners in regular session those present being Commis- sioners Pettit, Cummins and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit., that Earl K. McClelland, be appointed as a draftsman in the Tax Assessment Office; this action to be retroactive to February 161, 1960. Mr. McClelland is a replacement. Motion carried unanimously. There being no further business to cane before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. Motion by Mr. Cu mans, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the County Solicitor be authorized to petition the Court of Common Pleas for its approval to sell at Private Sale the following described property to the following person for the sum or price set opposite the same., plus, the costs in each case: This property was included in minute no. 10, dated January 25., 1960, bid price being $120.00. Said minute approved by the Washington County Commissioners on January 25, 1960.. bid rejected by our appraiser, Andrew J. Barnickel on January 20, 1960, as insufficient. SLATCH CUMMINS, JOHN MAzzA, COMMISSIONERS I-f- In the absence of County Controller Peter Elish; the County Commissioners opened, read and tabled the following bids received for the printing and delivering of necessary ballots, election supplies and ballot boxes for the General Primary Election to be held on Tuesday, April 26, 1960. ii March 1, 1960 r Washington County Commissioners Courthouse Washington, Pennsylvania In accordance with advertisement of the County Controller, inviting proposals E I for printing and delivering to the Office of the County Commissioners the necessary ballots for the conduct of the General Primary to be held Tuesday, April 26, 1960, having examined the attached specifications and understand the same, I (or ire) propose to furnish said ballots in accrrdance therewith at the prices set forth: !
