BLATCH CUMMINS, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the following resolutions in regards to the sale of property for unpaid taxes by the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau, be adopted: RESOLUTION NO. NAME OF PURCHASER DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY AMOUNT SOLD FOR 555 Paul A. & Gwendolyn 0. Simmons Being property described as Vacant Lot, 606 Geary Street, situate in the City of Monongahela, 3rd Ward, Washington County, Pennsylvania, formerly assessed to Estella Dyson. $ 75.00 556 Independence Township Being property described as 46 acres surface, adjacent property of J. W. Smith and John Gu.zel, situate in Independence Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, formerly assessed to Jefferson Gas Coal Company. L110042 557 Rufus & Anna R. Aden Being property described as Lot 126 in the Lincoln Heights Plan, upon which there is erected a �d room house, situate in North Franklin Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, formerly owned by Rufus and Anna R. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the Courthouse be closed Good Friday, April 15th and Saturday, April 16th, 1960. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the Budget for the General Fund for the County of Washington for the fiscal year 1960 be finally adopted by the County Commis- sioners, the said Budgethaving been available for public inspection in the Office of the Chief Clerk to the County Commissioners from March 9, 1960 to this date, in accordance with the pro- visions of the Act of Assembly of July 18, 1935, and the rate of taxation upon the valuation of properties of the County of Washington, in order`to tax sufficient revenues to meet required expenditure for the fiscal year 1960, be fixed at ten mills (10), which makes the payment of taxes
