Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the following resolutions in
regards to the sale of property for unpaid taxes by the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau, be
adopted:

Washington, Pa., April 11, 1960
Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Commissioners,
Pettit, Cummins and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the Courthouse be closed Good
Friday, April 15th and Saturday, April 16th, 1960.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the Budget for the General Fund
for the County of Washington for the fiscal year 1960 be finally adopted by the County Commis-
sioners, the said Budgethaving been available for public inspection in the Office of the Chief
Clerk to the County Commissioners from March 9, 1960 to this date, in accordance with the pro-
visions of the Act of Assembly of July 18, 1935, and the rate of taxation upon the valuation of
properties of the County of Washington, in order`to tax sufficient revenues to meet required
expenditure for the fiscal year 1960, be fixed at ten mills (10), which makes the payment of taxes
