BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
FRANCIS E. PETTIT, J. BLATCH CUMMINS, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS
in the amount of ($1.00) One Dollar upon each $100 of assessed valuation of real estate and
occupation.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the County Controller be
authorized to transfer from the General Fund to the Washington County Liquid Fuels Tax Fund
$30,000.00; this is the third temporary loan for the year of 1960.
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meetinE
adjourned.

Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being: Co=dA-
sioners Pettit, Cummins and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that John Regets, be appointed as a
Clerk in the Tax Claim Bureau replacing Josephine Regets; this action to be retroactive to April
1, 1960.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mx. Cummins, seconddd by Mr. Mazza, that Resolution No. 142 dated April
27, 1951 be rescinded for the following reason by request from the Washington County Tax Clain
Bureau: Bid being cancelled due to the fact that the balance due and owing on said bid has never
been paid in full. Status reverts to County owned. Bid was received from Frank Nagode in the
amount of $500.00.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the following polling place be
changed as follows, due to the fact, that the building eras sold.
CANONSBURG BOROUGH 2nd Ward - lst Precinct
From: Di Cio Building
To: St, Patrick's Church Basement
Rental: $25.00 (Decrease of 10.00)
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no farther business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.
