Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the County Controller be author. ized to advertise for a policy of insurance for Public Liability within the limits of $20,tloo.o0 to $100,004,0o and Property Damage not to exceed`$5,000.00 for each accident in a reliable and approved stock company, protecting the County of Washington against liability imposed by lax upon them for damage on account of personal injuries, including death accidentally suffered by any persons (excepting wployeees) caused by or resulting from the wietance of repairing, and or C� maintenance of the various buildings, 1*operties and operations of the County, including 136 bridges and approaches, and protecting the County of Washington against property damage used MINUTE BOOK -HOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA FRANCIS E. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the application for County Aid from Liquid Fuels Tax Funds, as submitted by Elco Borough, Washington County, Pennsylvania, be approved in the amount of $600.00, contingent on approval by Department of Highways. This amount to be used for improvements in said Ba+rough as outlined in their application which is on file in both the Office of the Chief Clerk and County Controller, Motion carried unanimously. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting Je.1-72 , 1 60 Chief Clerk / Ni• Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., May 31, 1960 Board of County Commissioners in special session those present beings Commissioners Pettit, Cummins and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Elmer Giordanengo's request for a leave of absence be granted, this action to be effective May 31, 1960. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Lloyd Carson, Deed Seacher from. the Tax Assessment Office be transferred to the Record Room, this action to be effective ,tune % 1960. mr. Carson is to be charged to Account No. 103. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the following resolution be adopted to demolish building situate in the Borough of Donora, Washington County. Pennsylvania. BE IT RESOLVED, that by reason of notice by William T. Wilson, Health Officer, Donora Board of health, and by report of Washington County Tax Claim Bureau Appraisal Agent, Mr. Andrew J. Barnickol, that the building on property described as Lot No. 45,* Block 54, Tenth Street, Union Improvement Company Plan, situate in the Borough of Donora, Washington County,* Pew.', sylvania, formerly assessed to Paul V. Neel, and now owned by Washington County be razed and demolished. The building is in such a condition that it constitutes a fire hazard and also a menace to health and life. Motion carried unanimously. Lotion by Mr„ Cummins, seconded by Mr. 'Mazza, that the following resolution be adopted to demolish building situate in the Borough of New Eagle, Washingtosn.pounty, Pennsylvania. BE IT RE30LVED, that by reason of notice by the Borough of New Eagle and the Schftl District of New Eagle, and by report of Washington County Tax Claim Bureau Appraisal Agent, Mr.
