BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
WASHINGTON COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
FRANCIS E. PETTIT, J. BLATCH CUMMINS, JOHN MAZZ.A, COMMISSIONERS
note at the rate of two and three fourth per cent (2..3/4%) per annum„ free of all takes
levied by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which said taxes the County of Washington assumes
and agrees to pay, said note to be negotiated and issued as follows:

Nation carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the County Controller
prepare a voucher to transfer $15,000.00 from the General Fund to the Institution District Fund.
This amount to be paid back on or before august 8, 1960 upon receipt of county tax money,
Notion carried unanimously.
There being no further business to cone before the Board at this time, the
meeting adjourned.

Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being sr-
sioners Pettit, Cummins and Mazza. .'
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the County Controller be
authorized to advertise for bids for services and equipment to be provided on contract for
records management and microfilming program at the Washington Courty Courthouse, Washington,
Pennsylvania. Bids to be received by the County Controller, in his Office in the Courthouse,
Washington, Pennsylvania, until 1:30 P.M., D.S.T,, June 29, 1960; and the same will be
publicly opened in the Comaissioners Office at the above stated time.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Cnmmiins, s ec on ded by Mr. Mazza, that the application for County
Aid from Liquid Fuels Tax Funds, as submitted by Bentleyville Borough, Washington County,
Pennsylvania, be approved in the amount of 2, 000.00, contingent on avy v v a l by Deparianeat
Of Highways. This amount to be used for improvements in said Borough as outlined in their
application which is on file in both the Office of the Chief Clerk and County Controller,
Motion carried unanimously.
v Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, it is hereby resolved that the
persons hereinafter named, be and they are hereby, pursuant to Act 1955 P.L. 323 appointed
members of the Washington County Planning Commissions for the term set opposite their
respective name:

Commission and Seery M bley, Secretary.

Board of County Commissioners at this time went into special session to consider
matters pertaining to the County Real Estate Department with the following mainbere present:
Commissioners Pettit, Cummins and Mazza,
Notion by Mr. Cui.ns, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the deeds be executed for
the following described properties to the following described persons for the sum or price
set opposite the same under the virtue of the action of this board taken January 25, 1960,
as recorded in Ydnute'No, 10, March 4'. 1960 as recorded in Minute No. 17 and March 16, 1960
as recorded in Minute No. 20, and the order of the Court of CommPleas, dated May 16, 1960
the said deeds to be delivered to the purchaser named therein upon payment`sf the considera-
tion recorded therein together with the costs of the proceedings and that Franels E. Pettit
be and he is hereby authorized to execute the said deeds as and for the County of Washington
and is hereby constituted an appointed attorney in fact to acknowledge the said deeds before
any person authorized to take such acknowledgements:
