SLATCH CUMMINS, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS 0 1 Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr, Pettit, that Henry J. Hervol, be appointed as a temporary draftsman in the Tax Assessment Office, This action to be retroactive to June 8, 1960. Motion carried unanimously. At this time, Peter Elish, Controller, entered the meeting for the purpose of opening bids for Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance. In accordance with aforesaid advertisment the following prop6ml. was opened Peter Elish, Controller and Washington County Commissioners Court House Washington, Pennsylvania Gentlemen: May 25, 1960 We respectfully submit the following quotation for Public Liability Insurance and Property Damage Insurance (Limits of 'Liability $20,000.00 each person; $100,000.00 each accident) (Limits of Property Damage $5,000,00 for each accident) as per schedule "A" attached hereto, for terms of one (1) year or three (3) years effective at 12:01 a.m. June 23, 1960. FOR. TERM OF ONE (1) YEAR: Premium for Public Liability and property damage insurance is $3.875.00 FOR TERM OF THREE (3) YEARS: Premium for public liability and property damage insurance is $1.0, 462.50 To be placed with the following company. Zurich Insurance Cy The Washington County Commissioners reserve the right to award the above referred to insuramee for the term of one (1) year or three {3) years. The bidder must write insurance in an approved Stock Company, A certified check in the amount of 100.00, made payable to the Washington County Commissioners, is enclosed as evidence that bidder will accept same and carry out the conditions of the contract in case of award. /a/ S.
