Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the following resolution in
regards to the sale of property for unpaid taxes by the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau be
adopted:

missioners Cummins and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the following resolution
approving undertaking of surveys and plans for an urban renewal project and filing of an
application be adopted by the Washington County Commissioners:
RESOLUTION
RESOLUTION OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY OF WASHINGTON APPROVING UNDERTAKING
OF SURVEYS AND PLANS FOR AN URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT AND FILING OF AN APPLICATION.
WHEREAS, under Title 1 of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended (herein referred
to as "Title 1"), the Housing and Home Finance Administrator is authorized to extend financial
assistance to local public agencies in the eleimination and prevention of the spread of their
slums and urban blight through the planning and undertaking of urban renewal projects; and
