Board of County Commissioners in regular session those present being: Comissiouears
Pettit and Cummins.
Motioiiby Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Brick Nuccetelli, be transferred
from the Bridge Department to the Tax Claim Bureaus this action to be retroactive to July 8, 1960,
Mr, Nuccetelli to be employed as a posting clerk for the following period July 8th to July 31st,
inclusive.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Joseph Moslick, be transferred
from the Bridge Department to the Tax Claim Bureau, this action to be retroactive to July 1% 1960.
Mr. Moslick to be employed.as a posting clerk for the following period: July 19th to July 31st,
inclusive,
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Mary Lou Forgas, be appointed
as a Cleaning Woman to replace Elizabeth Washinsky at the Interval Revenue Building, this action
to be retroactive to July 26, 1960.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Cummiins, seconded by Mr. Pettit., that Emma Smocks be appointed as a
Cleaning Woman at the Courthouse, this action to be effective August is 1960.
Motion carried.
Lotion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit., that the obligations of Washington
County to the Pittsburgh Rational Barak :wade on January 14s 1960 in the mount -Of $200,000.00 and
February 15, 1960 in the amount of $200,tOOO.00 borrowed in anticipation of current taxes be repaid
with interest in the amount of $5,515.32 and a total amount of principle and interest of
$405p515.32.
Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Minute Nos. 35, 36, 37, 38,
39, 40s 41.s 42s 43, 44s 45s 46, 47s 48s 499 50.9 51, 52, and 53, were read and approved.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned.

The following resolution was introduced by Mr. Mazza and seconded by Mr. Cummins.

WHEREAS, by terms of the lease effective July 1, 1960, entered into between
Washington County and the United States of America through the Department of Army, U. S.
Army Engineer District, Pittsburgh, Lease Noe DA-36-058 for premises located at Washington
County Airport. The County agreed to immediately to cause to be made certain alterations and
provide heating equipment in the hangar space.
Now, therefore, the following proposals -in compliance with the conditions of
said lease are hereby accepted and the work is authorized to be commenced immediately.
1. Proposal No. 60-2199 dated August -1, 1960 from St W2:=Silt
Construction Company in the total amount of $W4*00 for
:materials and labor to completely enclose with wire mesh
an area 181 x Ill (2 sides only). One 3' - 0" x 71 - 0"
hinged door with necessary hardware in 11'-0* sidewall.
2. Proposal dated July 18, 1960 from John W. Chapman in the
total amount of $540,00 for the furnishing and installing
of one (1) 105,000 BTU gas fired, ceiling hung Unit Heater
complete with gas and electrical connections -and approved
flue through roof.
3. Proposal dated July 18, 1960 from John Nardei in the total
amount of $974.00 for all labor required for complete
erection of roof insulation, galvanized tees, corrugated-
sidewall sheets to complete one (1) T-Hangar.
4. Proposal No. 60-2200 dated August 1, 1960 from Steel-Bilt
Construction Company in the total amount of $887.00 for
furnishing the necessary materials to insulate the roof
and extend corrugated inside partitions for one T-Hangar.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the Board of County Commis -
stoners sitting as the Registration Commission of Washington County approve the following
field regiatration days for the General Election to be held the first Tuesday after the
first -Monday in November.

6 p.me to 9 p.m.
23 Mt. Pleasant-3rd Miner's Hall 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and

Motion carried unanimously.
