Motion by Mr. Kassa, seconded by Mr. Pettit.. that the above bids be tabled and
a study to be made by Mr. Paul Pettit, Engineer; contract to be warded Monday, September 12..
1960 at 31:00 a.m.
Motion carried unanimously.

Board of County Commissioners in regular session, those present being Commissioners
Pettit, Massa and Controller Elish.
In accordance with Minute Nos. 68 arid 68A'dated September 9.. 1960, the purpose
of this meeting is to -award the contracts for the preparations of the Site of a "T" Type Plane
Hangar and the Apron ,Areas adjacent to same at the Washington County, Airport, South Franklin
Township; and complete erection of one (1) six stall steel "T" Hangar at the Washington County
Airport., South Franklin Township.
Motion by Mr. Mazza.. seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the bid of Russell Industries,
Inc., Bridgeville, Pennsylvania for the preparation of the site of a "T" ape Plane Hangar at
the Washington County Airport be atcepted and the contract be awarded subject to the execution
of a written contract. Certified checks to be returned to the unsuccessful bidder.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Mazza., seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the 3 BILT CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY, Box 309.. Bridgeville, Pennsylvania.. be awarded the contract for the complete erection
of one (1) six stall steel "T" Hangar at the Washington County Airport, they being the lowest
responsible bidder for the total amount of $23,94D bO, this award being subject to the execution

of a written contract. Certified check to be ret to the unsuccessful bidders.
Motion carried unanimously".

Board of County Commissioners in special session for the ,purpose of opening
bids for the furnishing of coal for the heating of the Courthouse and County Jail, Washington,
Pennsylvania. Those present at the meeting beings Commissioners Pettit, Cummins and Massa,
and Deputy Controller Luketich.
In accordance with the aforementioned advertisement, the following bids were
opened and read.
