Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the following resolution in regards to the sale of property for unpaid taxes by the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau be adopted: RESOLUTION NO. NAME OF PURCHASER DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY AMOUNT SOLD FOR 5" Lawrence W. Nollenauer Being property as 1/2 of Lots Nos. 606, 6070 608, in the Gordon Plan of Lots, situate in Canton Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, formerly owned by Sarah. Greer. 50.Oo 590 Consolidation Coal Company Being all that certain tract of coal described as the 1/15th interest of J. P. Linn in 125 acres of coal, under surface of Orie R:i ob pond -Wheeler, situate in Hopewell Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, formerly owned by Charles F. Linn Estate c/o J. P. Linn. $ 50.00 591 Gussie C. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. THE FOREGOING MINUTE READ AND APPROVED: Office of the County Commissioners 'Washington, Pa., October 10, 1960 Board of County Commissioners in regular session those present being: Commis - sioners Pettit, Cummins and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that William E. Meyer be appointed as a draftsman in the Office of the County Engineer, this action to be retroactive to October 3, 1960.
