Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the following resolution in
regards to the sale of property for unpaid taxes by the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau be
adopted:

Board of County Commissioners in regular session those present being: Commis -
sioners Pettit, Cummins and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that William E. Meyer be appointed
as a draftsman in the Office of the County Engineer, this action to be retroactive to October 3,
1960.
Motion carried unanimously.

The Board of County Commissioners at this time went into special session to con-
sider matters pertaining to the County Real Estate Department. Present Pettit, Cummins and Mazza-
