On February 4, 1960, Mr. Walter E. McGrann filed with Washington County his 1960
Personal Property Return. The return was based on tgree (3) mortgages; Frank K. Becker valued at
$83,200.00, Joseph Moreland valued at $22,000.00 and another against Joseph Moreland valued at
$1,000.00.
Mr. McGrann erroneously filed themortgage naming Fred K, Becker as the mortgagor.
The correct mortgagor should have been named as the Fairgreen Developmdent Company, a Pennsylvania
