Box 309, Bridgeville, PenInsylvaniaf to furnish all necessary material; to insulate the hangar of the National Guard as itemized in the proposal of Steel-Bilt Construc- tion Company dated December 2, 1960-in the amount of $983.00 be accepted. Motion carried unanimously. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the County Controller be author- ized to transfer from the General Fund to the Washington County Liquid Fuels Tax Fund $2,000.00; this is the fourth temporary loan for the year of 1960. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meetin(_ adjourned. PETTIT, J. BLATCH CUMMINS, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS - Board of County Commissioners met in special session at 1:30 P:M.; for the purpose of opening bids for the Rehabilitation and Repair of the Donora-Webster Bridge over the Mononga- hela River in Washington and Westmoreland Counties; Pennsylvania. Those present 'at this meeting being: Representatives of Washington County included: Commissioners Pettit; Mazza, Controller Elish, County Solicitor Docktor and H. B. Crumrine, Engineer. Representatives of Westmoreland County included: Commissioners Kromer, Henderson; W. E. Noel, Chief Clerk and Ben R. Hebrank, County Engineer. Also present was Mr. Lee Critchfield, Consulting Engineer of Critchfield Engine- ering Associates, Inc., and various respresentatives from companies submitting proposals. Washington County Commissioner Francis E. Pettit, called the meeting to order for the specific purpose of opening bids received by the Washington County" Controller for the Rehabil- itation and Repair of the Donora-Webster Bridge. Washington County Controller Peter Elish reported that five sealed bids were received which he opened in the following order. PROPOSAL OF: Conn Welding & Machine Co. 205 W.
