SLATCH CUMMINS, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS NO. 97 Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., December 30, 1960 Board of County Mmm3ssioners in regular session, those present being Commissioners Pettit, Cummins, and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the Proposal of the West Penn Power Company in connection with the Chartiers Creek Flood Control Project for the relocation of their facilities for the approximate expenditure of $5,000.O0 be accepted and an agreement entered into -in thht c-6rinection. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins., seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the Proposal of Michael Baker, Jr., Inc., under date of December 21, 1960, with reference to the Woodland Avenue Bridge in connection with the Chartiers Creek Flood Control Project be accepted. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the Western Pennsylvania Research Associates, Inc., be retained to render services in -connection with the reassessment program being January 3rd, 1961, on a monihly.basis and that a written agreement be entered into between the County of Washington and Western Pennsyivania,Research Associates, Inc., for such purposes. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the County Controller be authorized to -exonerate the County Treasurer with the following delinquent tax exonerations• made by the County Commissioners in the various Districts of Washington County for the year 1958. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Regina Iams be appointed as a Cleaning Woman replacing Anna Lacock, at the Courthouse, this action to be effective January 1, '.961. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the proposal of Steel -Silt Construction Company, P.O. Box 309, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, dated December 29, 1960, for the installation of insulating materials for the National Guard Hangar for the sum of $997.00 be accepted. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that to Nos. 82,- 83,-84, 85, 86. 87, 88, 69, 90, 91, 92, 92 A, 93, 94, 95, 96, and 96 A , were read and approved. Notion carried unanimously.
