In accordance with the advertisement of the County Controller, inviting proposals
for the delivery of ballot boxes containing election supplies for the Mpni.cipal Primary Election
to be held on May 16, 1961, to the Judges of Election for the one hundred eight? -sight (188)
precincts of Washington County. I (or We) propose to deliver said bAllot boxes containing; electi
supplies to the various Judges of Election for the sum of:

Motion by Mr, Mazza, seconded by Mr. Cw udms, that all bids be -tabled for
tabulatiop and the contract awarded 6a Monday, February 27, 1961, at 11:00 a.m.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Mazza.4 seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the Equipment Maintenance
Agreement of International Business Machines Corporation, 421 Seventh Avenue, Pittsburgh 19,
Pennsylvania, be accepted to furnish maintenance service on the IBM machines listed for a
period from March 1, 1961,to Februax7 28, 1962, and thereafter for successive one year periods
until this Agreement is terminated by either party upon thirty days prior written notice.
Maintenance service shall consist of 4 periodic inspections each year.

Agreement on file in County Controller' a -Office also copy in Chief Clerk's Office.
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the
meeting adjourned.

held on Tuesday, May 16, 1961; bids were opened and tabled for tabulation on February 22, 1961.
