Board of County Commissioners in special session those present being:
Commissioners Pettit and Cummins.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the following
resolution for the changing of existing widths; lines; and location of State Highway Route 113
Section 19B located in West Pike Ran Township, Centerville Borough, California Borough, and West
Brownsville Borough, Washington County, Pennsylvania, and State Highway Route 268; 19E; located
in West Brownsville Borough, Washington County, Pennsylvania, be adopted:
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of Washington County that the flans
submitted for the changing of the existing widths; lines; and location of State Highway Route
113; Section 19E; re -located; from Station 1080 + 00,0 to Station 1228 + 00,N, re -located in
West Pike Ran Township, Centerville Borough, California Borough, West Brownsville Borough; all
in Washington County; and State Highway Route 268; 19E; re -located; from Station 474 + 17,35 in
West Brownsville Borough to Station 541 + 50,00 in California Borough, Washington County; have
been examined by the County Commissioners and they agree that Washington County will not assume
liability for any property damages resulting from the changing of the above named as contemplat+
by these Plans; or any damages arising out of any changes or alterations. of drainage resulting
from the construction or maintenance of this highway; or any damages resulting to any property
holdings of any Public Utility Company; nor will the County assume any damages resulting to any �c- —
coal or other minerals in and underlying the property affected by this improvement; but that
Washington County will contribute the sum of Thirty Thousand (30,000.00) Dollars toward the
payment of property damages; said sums to be paid as follows:
1. 10,000,00 to be paid on or before December lst, 1961
2. $10,000.00 to be paid on or before July lat., 1962
3. $10,000.00 to be paid on or before March lst, 1963
These contributions by Washington County are made with the understanding
that payments will be due and payable only upon certification from the Secretary of Highways
that each of the above listed payments have been expended by the Department of Highways in the
settlement of property damages in connection with aforesaid improvements.

being: Commissioners Pettit, Cummins and Mazza.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by 14r. Mazza, that the following
resolution for the changing of existing widths, lines, and location of State Highway Route 1008,
Section 2, in Anwell Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, be adopted:
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of Washington County that the
Plans submitted for the changing of the existing widths, lines, and location of State Highway
Route 1008, Section 2, from Station 15 + 70 to Station 100 + 00 in Amwel.l Township, Washington
County, Pennsylvania; with ramps partially in South Strabane Township, Washington County,
Pennsylvania, have been examined by the County Commissioners and they agree that Washington
County will not assume liability for any property damages resulting from the changing of the
above named highway as contemplated by these Plans; or aror damages arising out of any changes
or alterations of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of this highway; or
any damages resulting to any property holdings of any Public Utility C ; nor will the County
assume any damages resulting to any coal or other minerals in and underlying the property
affected by this improvement, but that Washington County will contribute the sum of Foot Thousand
($4,000.00) Dollars, toward the payment of propert)-,damages due to the improvement of State High-
way Route 100$I, Section 2.
This contribution by Washington County is made with the
that payment will be due and payable in 1961 only upon certification from the Secretary of High-

Highways for the settlement of property damages for the aforesaid improvement.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of Washington County that the Plans submitted
for the changing of existing widths, lines, and location of Legislative Route 62012; Section 1;
from Station 6 + 70.70 to Station 111 + 46.00; and Legislative Route 62032 - Spur HE" from Stat
131 + 46.00 to Station 117 + 68.62 at junction with Legislative Route 268 - Section 17; and
Legislative Route 268 - Section 17; from Station 1 + 39.50 to Station 31 + 30.00; all in East
Bethlehem Township, Washington County; have been examined by the County Commissioners and they
agree that Washington County will not assume any liability for any property damages resulting
from the changing of the glove named highways as contemplated by these Plans; or any damages
