BLATCH CUMMINS, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS arising out of any changes or alterations of drainage resulting from the construction or of this highway; or any damages resulting to any property holdings of any Public Utility Company; nor will•the County assume any damages resulting to any coal or tther minerals in and underlying property affected by this improvement; but that Washington County will contribute the sum of Thr Thousand ($31,000.00) Dollars toward the payment of Property damages due to the improvement of State Highway Routes 62012-1; 62012-Spur "Em; Section 1, and State Highway Route 268-Section 17. This contribution by Washington County is made with the understanding payment will be due and payable only upon certification from the Secretary of Highways that the Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars has been expended by the Department of Highways for the sett3,e,' ment of property damages for the aforesaid improvement. at this time, the meeting adjourned. There being no further business to came before the Board Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., Larch 14.. 1961 Board of County Commissioners in special session those present being: Commissioners Pettit, Cummins., and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the following persons be appointed as Clerks in the Tax Assessment Office; this action to be retroactive to March 1, the meeting adjourned. NO.
