BLATCH CUMMINS, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS LJ submitted a proposal under dated of February 8, 1961, to furnish such equipment for the price of, $8,381.50 and Remington Rand of Stanwix at Fourth Avenue, Pittsburgh 22, Pennsylvania, submitted' a proposal under date of March 6, 1961, to furnish such equipment for the sum of $5,982.50. IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the proposal of Remington Rand be accepted to fur- nish two (2) Remington Rand Kard-Veyer in accordance with said proposal of March 6, 1961, such equipment being patented, manufactured and copyrighted products. Motion carried unanimously. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. THE FOREGOING MINUTE READ AND APPROVED: June 21, 1961 ATTEST: CHIEF CLERK NO. 126, Office of the County Commissioners Washington, Pa., April 13, 1961 Board of County Commissioners in special session those present being: Pettit, Cummins and Mazza. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Wilma. Richards be appointed as a Cleaning Woman at the Courthouse, this action to be effective April 3, 1961. Motion carried with Mr. Mazza voting No. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Vlasta Drapper be appointed as a Cleaning Woman at the Courthouse, this action to be effective April 3, 1961. Motion carried with Mr. Mazza voting No. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Henya Schneider be appointed a Clerk in the Engineer's Office; this action to be effective April 3, 1961. Miss Schneider to be employed in this office temporarily due to the illness of Mrs. Stevens. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that Louis R. Bell, Jr., be ed as Liquid Fuels Tax Clerk in place of Joseph P. Femiani, this action to be effective April 12 1961. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the following persons be appointed as outside registrars. Said persons to help with field registration days. Harry A. Smith Margaret H. Campbell Eunice Morgan J. Alex Patterson Samuel H. Ridall Motion carried unanimously. Elizabeth McMurray Edna Richardson Blanche Duccoeur Nicholas P. DiNardo Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that a refund voucher in the amount of $20.40 be made payable to Ethel M. Watson, Courthouse, Washington, Pennsylvania, due to in- correct payment of 1960 County Tax, caused by property being transferred in error. The property of John C. Kelson, was transferred in error to Ethel M. Watson and Cecelia R. Morgan, this
