Motion by Mr. Cumnins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the notice for the final
adoption of the Washington County General band and Institution District Budgets be advertised andl
the final day of adoption to be set for May 21, 1961, the following public notice to be given in
the Washington Observer.

public inspection in the Office of the Chief Clerk to the County Comaissionerss, Courthouse,

a further warning that all departments and offices to keep their expenditures within the amounts
appropriated for their respective departments and offices.

Motion by Mr. ns, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the County Controller be
authorized to advertise for the Ming and delivering to the Office of the County Treasurer the
necessary 1961 tax statements. Bids to be received by the County Controller, in his Office at the
Courthouse, Washington, Pennsylvania, until 11:00 o'clock a.m., Daylight Saving Time, Friday, May
12, 1961, and opened immediately thereafter in the Office of the County Comissionare.
Motion curried nanimously,
