On January 12, 1961, the amount of $20. W s was paid by Mrs. Watson's brother in her absence, this amount was paid at face. Therefore, the i Tax Assessment Office is hereby authorized to prepare said refund voucher in the amount of $20. made payable to Ethel M. Watson, Courthouse, Washington, Pennsylvania. Motion carried uanimously. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. Harper, Land, Bounded on N. by Mary Herron President Est., S. by Nettie Jackson, W. by David Lyons Est., formerly assessed in the name of Martha Pierce, situate In Hanover Township. $500.00 610 Willie J. & Colene Being property described as Vacant Lockridge Lots 24 & 25, West Side Ramond Street, formerly assessed in the name of Harry McClain, and situate in the Borough of Burgettstown. $100.00 611 D. M. Cummins Being property described as a 113 Int. Hannah Isherwood Est., Lots 2 & 3, Blk. 2, Glencove Park, W. Pike Ext., DB 720- 428, formerly assessed in the name of Anna Isherwood Et Al & James 0. Motion by Mr. Cumnins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the notice for the final adoption of the Washington County General band and Institution District Budgets be advertised andl the final day of adoption to be set for May 21, 1961, the following public notice to be given in the Washington Observer. NOTICE En coWliancs with the provisions of th ; Acts of Assembly x v n. _ 1 matters, the budgets for the financial affairs for the Washington County General Fund and the public inspection in the Office of the Chief Clerk to the County Comaissionerss, Courthouse, Washington, Pennsylvania, shall be finally adopted on May 2, 1961, Francis E. Blatch Cumnins John Mazza County Conmissioners Motion carried asly with the following comsents 'being made by Mr. Domestic Relations Department, with at recaenendation, that the Department be eliminated and its work be assumed by the Office of the District Attorney, With Further comment,, that the Adult Pr bation Department In overstaffed and should be reduced in proportion to the work involved and wi a further warning that all departments and offices to keep their expenditures within the amounts appropriated for their respective departments and offices. Motion by Mr. ns, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the County Controller be authorized to advertise for the Ming and delivering to the Office of the County Treasurer the necessary 1961 tax statements. Bids to be received by the County Controller, in his Office at the Courthouse, Washington, Pennsylvania, until 11:00 o'clock a.m., Daylight Saving Time, Friday, May 12, 1961, and opened immediately thereafter in the Office of the County Comissionare.
