PETTIT, J, BLATCH CUMMINS, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS NO. 130 Office of the County Comissioners Washington, Pao., April. 21, 1961 Board of County Commissioners in regular session these present being: Commissioners Pettit, C=wdns and Mazza. Motion by Mr, Massa, seconded by Mr. Cwmins, that the following resolution MrwIII`"2Z7" located in East Finley Township, Washington County# Pennsylvania, beadopted: RESOLUTION the Plans submitted for the changing of existing lines, location, and widths of State BigWV Route 623.14 from Station 13+00 to Station 25+00 for Bridge No. 1, and from Station 71+00 to Station 78+50 for Bridge Number 2; located in East Finley Township, Washington County, Peansyl. vania; have been examined by the County Coumissioners and they agree that Washington County will not asawn liability for any property damages resulting from the changing of the above named as contemplated by these Plans; or azW damages arising out of any changes or alterations of dr resulting from the construction or maintenance of this highway; or any damages resulting to any property holdings of any Public Utility Conpanyj nor will the sty assrome any damages resultiq to amy coal or other minerals, or water, in and underlying the property affected by this ivp vve- ment; that Washington County will not contribute to the payment of property damages on this pro- ject, preferring to contribute to a larger project. meeting adjourned, Francis E.
