Pettit, County Engineer. Motion carried unanimously. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the i meeting adjourned. BLATGH CUMMINS, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS "WHERAS, It has become necessary for said Board to borrow the sum of Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00) Dollars for the purpose of meeting current expenses for the year of 1961 and to be payable out of taxes and other current revenues which have been assessed and have bee levied and to be collected by the County during the year 1961; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of the said County of Wash- ington, that for the purpose of providing funds for the payment of current expenses of the County, the proper officials of the said County are hereby authorized and directed to negotiate a temporary loan on such terms as may be agreed upon by them, payable out of taxes which have been levied and to be collected during the year 1961, and so much of said taxes as may be nec- essary to repay said loan, with interest, is hereby set aside and designated for that purpose, and issue a note, therefore, payable August 7, 1961, with interest from date of said note at i the rate of two and one-fourth per cent (2-%) per annum, free of all taxes levied by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which said taxes the County of Washington assumes and agrees to pay, said note to be negotiated and issued as follows: PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK, WASHINGTON, PENNSYLVANIA.................... ............$200.1000.00 Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the following Resolution in regard to the sale of property for unpaid taxes by the Washington County Tax Claim Bureau be adopted: RESOLUTION NO. Day, situate in Washington 7th Ward. $ 375.00 Motion carried unanimously. f j Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the following Resolution pertaining to the changing of grades, lines, location, and widths of State Highway Route 62194 located in Amwell and West Bethlehem Townships in Washington County, Pennsylvania, be adopted: e R E S O L U T I O N BE IT RESOLVED by the Commissioners of Washington County, Pennsylvania, that the plans submitted, by the Pennsylvania Department of Highways, for the changing of grades, lines, location, and widths of State Highway Route 62194 Bridge No. 6 from Station 154+00 to Station 166+75, located in Amwell and West Bethlehem Townships in Washington County, Pennsylv ' , have been examined by the Washington County Commissioners and they agree that Washington County will not assume liability for any property damages resulting from the changing of the above named Route as proposed by these Plans; or any damages arising out of any changes or alteration of drainage resulting from the construction or maintenance of this Highway; or any damages re- sulting to any property holdings of any Public Utility Company; nor will the County assume any
