the storage of surplus food and the Lease is on file with the County Controller,
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza., that the County enter into a Lease with
Dominick C. Calabro and Margaret R. Calabro, his wife., as Lessor and the County as Tenant for
certain premises in Chartiers Township at a monthly rent of $210,00 per month for a period of
one month commencing August 1., 1961; renewal from month to month. This building will be used
for the storage of surplus food and the Lease is on file with the County Controller.
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
adjourned,

Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Charles W. Reynolds, be appointed
Assistant Registrar replacing Mary E. Koval in the Registration Office; this action to be effec-
tive September 1, 1961.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded
by Mr. Mazza, that Paul Puskarich be appointed as a
Night Watchman at the Courthouse, Account
No. 103; this action to be effective August 16,,'21961.

Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded
by Mr. Mazza, that the County Controller is hereby
authorized to prepare the necessary voucher required to transfer $30,000.00 from the General
Fund to the General Fund Sinking Fund No.
1 for the payment of bonds and coupons.
Motion carreid unanimously.

by Mr. Mazza, that the resignation as submitted by
Anna Mae Pivac, Clerk -Typist of the Election Department., be accepted effective September 1., 196

Washington County Institution District be
closed on Saturday., September 2nd and Monday, Septerd

Day and a legal holiday.
