SLATCH CUMMINS, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS of 1961 County Tax. On July 19, 1961, Mary Santo paid taxes in the amount of $1.85 on property situate in Allenport Borough, Washington County, Pennsylvania, described as Lots 27-28-29 and dul - licated this payment on July 26, 1961, thus making a refund due in the amount of $1.85. Therefoley the Tax Assessment Office is hereby authorized to prepare said refund voucher in the amount of $1,85 made payable to Mary Santo, Box 156, Roscoe, Pennsylvania. Motion carried unanimously. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned. Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the sum of $51,800.00 be transferred from the General Fund to the General Fund Sinking Fund No. 1, for the retirement of bonds and coupons. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Pettit, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that 500 cancellation of pre- vious registration forms be ordered from the William G. Johnston Company, P. 0. Box 6759, Pitts- burgh 12, Pennsylvania. This action to be taken in accordance with the Act of General Assembly No. 503, approved the 24th day of August, 1961, which requires the Commission to provide any eleclor registering in the County, whose last residence address when he registered was a location within any other County of this Corrmonwealth, with a "Cancellation of Previous Registration " form, form when received in his County of previous registration shall cause the registration of such elector to be cancelled. Motion carried. There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting adjourned.
