The building is in such condition that it constitutes a fire hazard and is a menace to health and liA. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the proposal of the West Penz Power Company be accepted in the amount of $825-00, to relocate one of its distribution lines to eliminate the hazardous conditions to air traffic in and out of the Washington County Airport. Work involved will be the removing of three poles and one anchor guy. Installing of one pole and two anchor guys and other incidental work in connection therewith at the top of the hill on Route L.R. 62127 in Buffalo and South Franklin Townships, Washington County, Pennsylvania. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Cummins., seconded by Mr. Pettit., that the County Controller be authorized to transfer from the General Fund to the Washington County Liquid Fuels Tax Fund the sum of 420,000.00; this is the second temporary loan for the year of 196L� Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the Courthouse and Offices of the Washington County Institution District be closed on Saturday, November 11, 1961, in obser- vance of Veterans' Day, a legal holiday. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Cummins., seconded by Mr. Mazza., that the following persons be appointed as clerks to the Return Board to compute the votes cast at the Municipal November Election to be held Tuesday, November 7, 1961. Return Board to meet on Friday, November 10, 19613 at 12:00 noon.
