BLATCH CUMMINS, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS I I subdivision and until such a plan is accepted and it must be in accordance with the State and County Plan as well as the Government Plan., they will not be eligible for matching funds, surplus property, etc. Personnel must be had to operate and direst this plan as well as a place of op called a control center. Motion by Mr. Cummins., seconded by Mr. Mazza., that the meeting be adjourned in honor of the memory of Frank J. Docktor, County Solicitor, who died on December 3, 1961. Motion carried unanimously. Board of Commissioners reconvened this meeting at 10:45 a.m. Motion by Mr. Mazza., seconded by Mr. Pettit., that since a Court Order had established the lines between Nottingham and Peters Townships in 1893 and there has been no Court Order it since that date, the Assessment Office shall not change it by reason of the new work in asse ments, but rather it shall follow the Court Order made in 1893 and according to the existing asset ments of 1960. Motion carried unanimously. Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the meeting be adjourned. Motion carried unanimously. No. 204 Office of the County Commissioners Washington,, Pa., December 8, 1961 Board of County Commissioners, sitting as the Board of County Elections, met in the Office of the County Commissioners at 10:00 a.m., to hear oral arguments regarding the petition o Edward J. Harris to cumulate the votes he received at the November 7., 1961, Municipal Election. Those present at this meeting being: Commissioners Pettit, Cummins, Mazza, Director of Election Department, Louis I. Quail, Newspaper Reporter Crouse, Reporter Merdian, Attorney Paul A. Simmons Chairman of the Washington County Return Board, Attorney Alexander R. Curran representing Edward J. Harris, Attorney Thomas J. Terputac representing Raymond E. Filby, Mr. McCaskey and Candidate C. 0. Ashbaugh. Nlr. Curran in support of his argument cited the following sections of the ElectIon- a. 25 P. S. 3156 b. 25 P. S. 2963 D c. 25 P.S. 2969 d. 25 P.S. 3167 and in addition he cited the following appeals: a. McCracken Appeal 370 Pennsylvania 562 b. James Appeal 377 Pennsylvania 405 Mr. Terputac cited in support of his argument the language of the Election Code 25 P.S. 3156 and certain policy reasons were also expressed. Mr. Simmons in support of his argument cited the following section of the Election a. 25 P.S. 3156
