Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion carried unanimously.

Board of County Commissioners met in regular session with the following being present:
Commissioners Pettit., Cummins, Mazza, I. Willits McCaskey and Jack Crouse, Reporter.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that a new telephone system as proposed
by the Bell Telephone Company be accepted, this to include both the Washington and Claysville
The Sherwood exchange may also be included at such time when the telephone company places it on a
free toll.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza., that Marie Wyke, Clerk in the Tax Claim
Bureau is to be deleted from the County payroll due to her sick leave being exhausted. This act
to be effective December 11 1961.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Cummins., seconded by Mr. Mazza., that the resignation as submitted by
Steve Miller who has been working as a Draftsman for the Redevelopment Authority of the County be
accepted effective December 1, 1961.
Motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the Board at this time, the meeting
jourifed.

Board of County Commissioners met in regular session with the following members being
present: Commissioners Pettit and Cummins, also being present: I. W. McCaskey., Mr. McAmbley of
Washington County Redevelopment Authority, Mr. Cromwell of Washington County Planning Commission,
Reporters Crouse and Merdian.
Mr. McAmbley advised the Board that they were in need of a draftsman.
December 29th at 1:30 p.m., preliminary hearing scheduled to review the budget for

Washington County Redevelopment Authority and Washington County Planning Commission.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Pettit, that the meeting be adjourned.
