BLATCH CUMMINS, JOHN MAZZA, COMMISSIONERS Motion. by Mr. Gummins, seconded by Mr, 11assa, that the County Controller be authorized to transfer the sun, of $10,000.00 from the General Fed to the General Fund Sing Fund for the retirement of bonds and coupons. Notion carried unanimously, Motion by Mr. Mazza, seconded by Mr.. Also present were: County Solicits Mos"ek, i Tau Claim Bureau Solicitors Hornell and Sismondo,.R.eporters Grouse and Merdian and Mr. McCaskey, citizen of Peters Township, Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr, Maria, that the Commissioners i.nstraat the Coon Solicitor, Vincent R. Massock, to contact those parties interested in the extension of the east- rset :runway and to obtain from them a letter of iAtent and to make any and.all arrangements necessary to make an agreement which will protect the County from any liability and/or cost in construction of the necessary runway extension until such time as the County approves an€1/or I accepts the facilities, . 1 Motion carried unanimously, 1 Motion by Mr. Cis, seconded by Mr, Mazza, that the deeds be executed for the following described properties to the following described persons for the sum or price set opposite the same under the virtue of the action of this Board taken October 13, 1961, as re- corded in Minute No. 185s and the order of the Court of Conmen Pleas, dated January 32, 1962, the said deeds to be delivered to the purchaser namod,therain upon payeaent of the consideration and recorded therein together with the costs of the proceedings and that Francis E. Pettit be and he is hereby authorized to execute the said deeds as and for the County of Washington and is hereby constituted an appointed attorney in fact to acknowledge the said deeds before any person autk- orised to take such acknowledgementss 197 Nov, Term 1961 A.D.
