Massock, communicate 'with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission relative to the amounts of money designated that. the County pay to the Pennsylvania Railroad Company pertaining to Order No. 17609 dated December 18, 1961, Stocekdale Borough, Washington County, Permsylvania, continuing our objections to spending any sums of money but not to the work. Motion carried unanimously. Mr, Massock appointed Attorneys Oliver N. Hornell and August L. Sismondo as Assistant Solicitors for the Tag Clain Bureau and the necessary papers and/or letters will be filed with the Board. Mr. Massa stated that he has been very impressed with Mr. Massomk and fools that he will be an asset to the Board, He also stated that Jae thought Mr. NeCaskey defends the lawyers more than anyone, he has said that he thought they are underpaid: Motion by Mr, Cuniins., seconded by Mr, Massa, that the meeting be adjourned.
