Agreement in accordance with the Aot of 1951 March 19, P.L. 37 do P.L. 42 - *Program for the Radiological Defense of Washington County,* 2. Agreement to Development and Organize Police activitios in Civil Defense. Lotion by Mr. Massa, seconded by Mr. Cummins, that the meeting be recessed in order that the Board may enter into an oxecutive session, Motion carried unanimously. Notion by Nr, Massa, seconded by Mr, Pettit, that the following resolution giving the County Commissioners the right to borrow One million five hundred thousand - 4500,000,00) over the year and up to August 1, 1962 be adopted.
