Board of County Commissioners met in special session in the Office of the County Comm-
issioners with the following being presents Commissioners Pettit, Cummins and Mazza,
Motion by Mr. Cumidw., seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the County Controller be authorized
to transfer the sum of $10,000,00 from tke General Fund to the Institution Fund Sinking Frond No,
1 for the retirement of bonds and coupons.
Motion carried unanimously,
Notion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Nazza, that MI WO S. LIGNEMoI, 209 West Main
Monongahela, Pennsylvania, be awarded the contract for the furnishing of, Fleet Insurance for Pub]
Liability, Property Damage, Comprehensive A.C.V., Fire, Tkeft and Collision coverage to be placed
with the BUCKEYE UNION CASUALTY COMPANY, and written for a one (1) year term,. effective at lO:Ol
a.m., February 18, 1962; this being the lorest responsible bid reoaived-in the total amount of
$2803.520
Motion carried unanimously.
Notion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that the -meeting be adjourned,

issioners these present beings Commissioners Pettit, Cummins, Mazza, County Solicitor Massook
and Tax Claim Bureau Solicitor Hornell.
Motion by Mr. Cummins, seconded by Mr. Mazza, that Rebett P. C o, 337 Thernwood
Drive, Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, be appointed as assessor for the Second hard. in Canonsburg
Borough, Washington County, Pennsylvania, to fill the vacancy of Marie Henry; vacancy was
when Marie Henry moved.
Motion carried unanimously.
